Shipping policy

Domestic (US) shipping via USPS is included in all custom artworks. Additional charges apply for international shipping.

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow up to 2 week to process kit and pattern orders, and up to 2-8 months for commissioned artwork orders, depending on size and complexity. Please email me at hannah@hannahlamarstudio to confirm a timeframe on your custom commissions! I am able to expedite some orders for an additional fee. 

LOCAL DELIVERY  Local delivery is available for individuals living in the NYC are or near West Shokan, NY. You can inquire about local delivery options as we discuss the details of your project via email. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:   Free domestic shipping is included in custom artwork orders. Orders are generally shipped using USPS Ground Advantage, unless you request otherwise. USPS's delivery standard is 2 - 7 business days. Shipping charges for custom kit orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:  International shipping is available, and is calculated on a case-by-case basis. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once  a shipment reaches your destination country. Hannah Lamar Studio LLC is not responsible for these  charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.  

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES: In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible  at hannah@hannahlamarstudio.com with describing your issue and a photo of the item’s condition.
